NEW YORK -- G-III Apparel Set, Ltd. (NasdaqGS: GIII) today announced who's has entered into a certificate agreement with KMJ Brand Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Bluestar Alliance, LLC, to develop sportswear, dresses, personalized clothing, activewear and sweaters under the Kensie brand intended for the U.Vertisements. and Canadian promotes. Kensie, distributed primarily via department stores and better specialty stores, is a classy, edgy, and elegant contemporary model aimed at modern ladies.
The Company expects to begin with shipping sportswear in the initially quarter of 2012 and to follow with the unveiling of additional categories. The actual terms of the deal just weren't disclosed.
